เมื่อวันที่ 25 กุมภาพันธ์ 2565 ที่โรงแรมสวิสโซเทล กรุงเทพ รัชดา ได้มีการจัดงานสัมมนา Asia Pacific Real Estate Convention & Property Prix d’Excellence Awards 2021 ซึ่งจัดโดย มูลนิธิประเมินค่า-นายหน้าแห่งประเทศไทย ร่วมกับ สมาคมอสังหาริมทรัพย์กว่า 20 แห่งจากภูมิภาคอาเซียน โดยงานนี้ถือเป็นหนึ่งในเวทีระดับนานาชาติที่สำคัญของประเทศไทย ที่รวบรวมผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์จากทั่วโลกมาไว้ในที่เดียว นับเป็นโอกาสสำคัญในการสร้าง เครือข่ายระดับสากล ระหว่างนักพัฒนา นักลงทุน นายหน้า ผู้ประเมินค่า และผู้เชี่ยวชาญอื่นๆ ในอุตสาหกรรม

ผู้เข้าร่วมงานประกอบด้วยผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์จากหลากหลายประเทศ ได้แก่ กัมพูชา, เกาหลีใต้, จีน, ญี่ปุ่น, ไทย, เนปาล, นิวซีแลนด์, บรูไน, บังกลาเทศ, ฝรั่งเศส, ฟิลิปปินส์, มาเลเซีย, เมียนมา, มัลดีฟส์, ลาว, เวียดนาม, สหรัฐอเมริกา, สิงคโปร์, ออสเตรเลีย, อินเดีย, อินโดนีเซีย และอีกหลายประเทศในภูมิภาคเอเชียแปซิฟิก

On Febuary 25, 2022, the Asia Pacific Real Estate Convention & Property Prix d’Excellence Awards 2021 was held at Swissotel Bangkok Ratchada.

The event was organized by the Thai Appraisal Foundation in collaboration with more than 20 real estate associations across the ASEAN region. As one of Thailand’s most significant international real estate forums, it brought together industry experts and professionals from around the world — offering an exceptional opportunity for global networking among developers, investors, brokers, valuers, and other key players in the property sector.

Participants included experts from a wide range of countries such as Cambodia, South Korea, China, Japan, Thailand, Nepal, New Zealand, Brunei, Bangladesh, France, the Philippines, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Maldives, Laos, Vietnam, the United States, Singapore, Australia, India, Indonesia, and several others across the Asia-Pacific region.
