บรรยากาศงานสัมมนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์นานาชาติ 2024 Asia Pacific Real Estate Convention & Property Prix d’Excellence Awards

เมื่อวันที่ 30–31 สิงหาคม 2567 ที่โรงแรมอมารี กรุงเทพฯ ได้มีการจัดงานสัมมนา Asia Pacific Real Estate Convention & Property Prix d’Excellence Awards 2024 ซึ่งจัดโดย มูลนิธิประเมินค่า-นายหน้าแห่งประเทศไทย ร่วมกับ สมาคมอสังหาริมทรัพย์กว่า 20 แห่งจากภูมิภาคอาเซียน โดยงานนี้ถือเป็นหนึ่งในเวทีระดับนานาชาติที่สำคัญของประเทศไทย ที่รวบรวมผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์จากทั่วโลกมาไว้ในที่เดียว

• ผู้เข้าร่วมกว่า 500 คน
• จากมากกว่า 30 ประเทศทั่วโลก
• 27 วิทยากร จากหลายทวีป
• โอกาสสำคัญในการสร้าง เครือข่ายระดับสากล ระหว่างนักพัฒนา นักลงทุน นายหน้า ผู้ประเมินค่า และผู้เชี่ยวชาญอื่นๆ ในอุตสาหกรรม

ผู้เข้าร่วมงานประกอบด้วยผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์จากหลากหลายประเทศ ได้แก่ กัมพูชา, เกาหลีใต้, จีน, ญี่ปุ่น, ไทย, เนปาล, นิวซีแลนด์, บรูไน, บังกลาเทศ, ฝรั่งเศส, ฟิลิปปินส์, มาเลเซีย, เมียนมา, มัลดีฟส์, ลาว, เวียดนาม, สหรัฐอเมริกา, สิงคโปร์, ออสเตรเลีย, อินเดีย, อินโดนีเซีย และอีกหลายประเทศในภูมิภาคเอเชียแปซิฟิก

ภายในงานมีการจัดเสวนาและการบรรยายในหัวข้อสำคัญ อาทิ:

• แนวทางการลงทุนในอสังหาริมทรัพย์ต่างประเทศ
• การใช้เทคโนโลยีและปัญญาประดิษฐ์ในธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์
• ทิศทางเศรษฐกิจไทยและโลก และการพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน
• กลยุทธ์การตลาดเพื่อดึงดูดผู้ซื้อจากต่างประเทศ

ในค่ำวันที่ 30 สิงหาคม ได้มีการจัด งานมอบรางวัล FIABCI-Thai Prix d’Excellence Awards 2024 เพื่อเชิดชูโครงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ที่มีความโดดเด่นในด้านการพัฒนา คุณค่า และการออกแบบ โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมงานกาล่าดินเนอร์กว่า 600 คน จากทั้งในและต่างประเทศ

วันที่ 31 สิงหาคม
ได้มีการจัดกิจกรรมศึกษาดูงานโครงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ที่ได้รับรางวัลหรือมีความน่าสนใจเป็นพิเศษ อาทิ:

• โครงการคอนโดมิเนียมหรู ราคากว่า 800,000 บาทต่อตารางเมตร
• บ้านเดี่ยวระดับไฮเอนด์ มูลค่ากว่า 300 ล้านบาท
• ศูนย์การค้ามูลค่ากว่า 30,000 ล้านบาท
• โครงการที่อยู่อาศัยราคาประหยัดสำหรับผู้มีรายได้น้อย

The 2024 Asia Pacific Real Estate Convention & Property Prix d’Excellence Awards was held on 30–31 August 2024 at the Amari Bangkok Hotel. Organized by the Thai Appraisal Foundation in collaboration with over 20 real estate associations across ASEAN, the event served as a major international platform that brought together global real estate professionals for knowledge exchange and cross-border collaboration.

• Representation from more than 30 countries
• Featuring 27 distinguished speakers
• Exceptional opportunities for international networking and partnerships

Participants included developers, investors, brokers, appraisers, and other professionals from countries such as Cambodia, South Korea, China, Japan, Thailand, Nepal, New Zealand, Brunei, Bangladesh, France, the Philippines, Malaysia, Myanmar, Maldives, Laos, Vietnam, the United States, Singapore, Australia, India, Indonesia, and others from across the Asia-Pacific region.

The event’s agenda featured panel discussions and presentations on key topics such as:

• Strategies for cross-border real estate investment
• Integration of new technologies and artificial intelligence in the industry
• Economic outlooks and infrastructure development in Thailand and globally
• Marketing approaches to attract foreign property buyers
• Professional standards and international cooperation within the real estate sector

On the evening of 30 August, the event culminated in the FIABCI-Thai Prix d’Excellence Awards 2024 Gala Dinner, honoring outstanding real estate projects recognized for excellence in design, development, and market impact. The gala was attended by more than 600 guests from Thailand and overseas.

On 31 August, participants joined a field study tour to visit some of the country’s most notable real estate developments, including:

• A luxury condominium priced at over THB 800,000 per square meter
• A premium single-detached residence valued at over THB 300 million
• A large-scale commercial mall valued at THB 30 billion
• Affordable housing projects designed for low-income earners

The program concluded with an optional evening Chao Phraya River Dinner Cruise, providing a relaxed environment for participants to network and strengthen international ties.
