ผู้สมัครที่ต้องการเข้าร่วมการประกวด FIABCI-Thai Prix D'Excellence Awards 2027 ควรส่งใบสมัครไปยัง FIABCI-Thai ภายในวันที่ วันจันทร์ที่ 28 ธันวาคม 2569 Candidates wishing to participate in the FIABCI-Thai Prix D'Excellence Awards 2027 should send their application to the FIABCI-Thai by Monday, December 28, 2026.

กฎเกณฑ์และเงื่อนไขการเข้าร่วม A. Rules And Conditions Of Entry

1. ผู้ที่ส่งโครงการต้องเป็นเจ้าของ ผู้พัฒนา หรือบุคคลที่มีความรับผิดชอบในการบริหารโครงการโดยรวม หรืออีกทางหนึ่งคือผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่ได้รับอนุญาตอย่างถูกต้องซึ่งดำเนินการในนามของตน (สถาปนิก บริษัทประชาสัมพันธ์ ฯลฯ)
2. คณะกรรมการรางวัล/ผู้ตัดสินขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่มอบรางวัลในประเภทใดๆ หากคณะกรรมการเห็นว่าไม่มีโครงการที่ส่งเข้าประกวดในประเภทนั้นที่เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์การตัดสินในมาตรฐานที่สูงเพียงพอ
3. โครงการที่่จะส่งเข้าประกวดต้องมีการดำเนินการก่อสร้างแล้วเสร็จอย่างน้อย 70% ของโครงการ และมีแผนการดำเนินงานที่ชัดเจน
4. จะไม่มีการคืนเงินค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการส่งโครงการ (ค่าสมัคร)
5. FIABCI-Thai ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการใช้ภาพถ่ายและเนื้อหาบางส่วนจากผลงานที่ส่งเข้าประกวดเพื่อรับรางวัล ภาพถ่ายและฟุตเทจวิดีโอจากผลงานที่ส่งเข้าประกวดอาจนำไปใช้ประกอบการนำเสนอผลงานขั้นสุดท้ายและ/หรือในนิตยสาร/โบรชัวร์
6. รางวัลจะประกาศและมอบในคืนงานประกาศรางวัล โครงการที่ได้รับรางวัลจะได้รับแจ้งก่อนเวลาดังกล่าว และผู้ได้รับรางวัลจะต้องเข้าร่วมพิธีมอบรางวัลเพื่อรับรางวัล คณะกรรมการขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเพิกถอนรางวัลหากผู้ได้รับรางวัลปฏิเสธที่จะเข้าร่วมพิธีมอบรางวัล
7. ข่าวประชาสัมพันธ์ประกาศผู้ได้รับรางวัลจะถูกเผยแพร่ให้สื่อมวลชนทราบ
8. โครงการที่ได้รับรางวัลจะต้องไม่เผยแพร่ข่าวประชาสัมพันธ์เกี่ยวกับผลลัพธ์จนกว่าจะมีการประกาศอย่างเป็นทางการในงาน Awards Gala Night

1. The person submitting the project must be either the owner, developer or person with overall executive responsibility for the project, or alternatively a duly authorized professional acting on his/her behalf (architect, public relations company, etc.)
2. The Awards Committee/Judges reserves the right not to confer an award in any given category if, in its opinion, no project submitted in that category fulfils the judging criteria to a sufficiently high standard.
3. The project must have been completed and fully operational for at least 12 months before the deadline for receipt of Application Forms.  If the project comprises several phases, at least 1 phase must be complete and operational before submitting.
4. There will be no reimbursement of expenses relating to the submission of a project.
5. FIABCI-Thai reserves the right to use the photos and extracts from the submissions of the winning projects for the Awards.  Photos and video footage from the submissions may be used in the final presentation and/or magazine/brochure.
6. The awards will be announced and presented during the Awards Gala Night. The winning projects will be notified prior to this time and the award winners must attend the Awards Ceremony to receive their award. The committee reserves the right to withdraw the awards, if the winners refused to attend the Awards Ceremony.
7. Press releases announcing the award winners will be distributed to the media.
8. Winning projects are refrained from circulating press releases concerning the results until AFTER the official announcement has been made at the Awards Gala Night.

2. รูปแบบการส่งผลงาน :
   ดาวน์โหลดใบสมัครและกรอกข้อมูลให้ครบถ้วน จัดส่งไฟล์แบบPDF ผ่าน E-mail
3. รูปแบบภาษาในการส่งข้อมูล:
   ใช้ในภาษาอังกฤษในการกรอกใบสมัคร
4. ประกาศ:
   การประกาศรายชื่อผู้ได้รับรางวัลจะไม่ถูกประกาศจนกว่าจะมีพิธีมอบรางวัลในคืนวันเสาร์ ที่ 27 มีนาคม 2570 ที่โรงแรม Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel, Riverside, Bangkok. ซึ่งประธาน FIABCI International และแขกต่างชาติท่านอื่นๆ จะได้รับเชิญให้เข้าร่วมงาน
5. การเข้าร่วม:
   บริษัทสามารถเข้าร่วมโครงการได้มากเท่าที่ต้องการ รางวัลจะมอบให้ตามความเป็นเลิศโดยรวมของการพัฒนา
6. ประเภทรางวัล :
   
   1. ประเภทที่อยู่อาศัย (Low Rise) - โครงการบ้านจัดสรร : บ้านเดี่ยว, บ้านแฝด, ทาวน์เฮ้าส์, ตึกแถว
   2. ประเภทอาคารชุดพักอาศัย – อพาร์ทเม้นท์ที่เจ้าของอยู่อาศัยเอง
   3. หมวดรีสอร์ท - รีสอร์ทริมชายหาด รีสอร์ทบนเนินเขา สวนสนุก ท่าเรือ ฯลฯ
   4. หมวดค้าปลีก - ห้างสรรพสินค้า, ศูนย์การค้า, ไฮเปอร์มาร์เก็ต ฯลฯ
   5. ประเภทโรงแรม - ประเภทธุรกิจหรือประเภทการพักผ่อน เซอร์วิสอพาร์ทเมนท์ที่ดำเนินการโดยเฉพาะเป็นโรงแรม เป็นต้น
   6. หมวดสำนักงาน – สำหรับอาคารสำนักงานและออฟฟิศปาร์ค
   7. หมวดอุตสาหกรรม - สำหรับอาคารอุตสาหกรรม สวนอุตสาหกรรม สวนเทคโนโลยี คลังสินค้า โรงงาน โรงฝึกงาน ฯลฯ
   8. Affordable Housing – ที่อยู่อาศัยสำหรับกลุ่มผู้มีรายได้น้อย
   9. สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก
   10. หมวดหมู่การประชุม – ศูนย์การประชุม, ห้องจัดนิทรรศการ
   11. ประเภทสิ่งแวดล้อม (การฟื้นฟู/อนุรักษ์) โครงการที่มุ่งฟื้นฟูสิ่งแวดล้อมหรืออนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมที่มีอยู่
   12. หมวดหมู่มรดก (การบูรณะ / อนุรักษ์) – การบูรณะหรืออนุรักษ์อาคารเก่าที่ได้รับการระบุว่าเป็นการอนุรักษ์มรดก
   13. ประเภทผังแม่บท - สำหรับแผนผังแนวคิดการพัฒนา คือ การพัฒนาเขตชุมชน และการพัฒนาโครงการหมู่บ้านจัดสรร
   14. ประเภทโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน/สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสาธารณะ - โครงการที่พัฒนาด้วยเงินทุนสาธารณะ: อาคารของรัฐ โรงพยาบาล ถนน สะพาน สนามกีฬา ฯลฯ
   15. หมวดพัฒนาชนบท ได้แก่ ป่าไม้ พัฒนาฟาร์ม ฯลฯ
   16. ประเภทโครงการเฉพาะทาง (สร้างขึ้นเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์เฉพาะ) - อาคารที่สร้างขึ้นเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์เฉพาะ เช่น โรงเรียนนานาชาติ สนามบิน สนามกอล์ฟ ฯลฯ
   17. หมวดหมู่การพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน - สำหรับโครงการประหยัดพลังงาน เช่น คุณสมบัติประหยัดพลังงาน อาคารให้มีแสงสว่างธรรมชาติมากขึ้น ประหยัดหรือเก็บน้ำฝนไว้ใช้งาน

9. ค่าธรรมเนียม
   1. ค่าสมัครเข้าร่วมโครงการกำหนดไว้ที่ 10,000 บาทต่อโครงการ และ ไม่สามารถขอคืนได้ในกรณีที่ไม่ผ่าน เกณฑ์เข้ารับรางวัล (ยังไม่รวม Vat7%)
   2. ผู้ชนะรางวัล มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม 80,000 บาท (ยังไม่รวม Vat7%) เพื่อเป็นค่าใช้จ่ายสำหรับโต๊ะจีนงานกาลาดินเนอร์ (10 ที่นั่ง มูลค่า 30,000 บาท) รวมถึงค่าดำเนินการ โล่รางวัล ประกาศเกียรติคุณ และแม็กกาซีนอันทรงเกียรติ (โฆษณา 4 สีขนาด A4 แนวนอน 2 หน้า)

   A company can enter as many projects as it chooses. The awards are made on the basis of the overall excellence of the development.
6. Categories Of Awards:
   1. Residential (Low Rise) Category - Housing projects: detached houses, semi-detached houses, townhouses, shophouses
   2. Residential Condominiums Category - Owner-occupied Apartments.
   3. Resort Category -  Beach resorts, hill resorts, theme park, marinas, etc.
   4. Retail Category - Mall, shopping centres, hypermarket, etc.
   5. Hotel Category - Business type or leisure type, service apartments that are strictly  operated as hotel, etc.
   6. Office Category - For office buildings and office parks
   7. Industrial Category - For industrial building, industrial parks, technology parks,  warehouse, factory, workshop, etc.
   8. Affordable Housing - Housing for the lower income group.
   9. Convention Category – Convention Centers, Exhibition Halls
   10. Amenities
   11. Environmental (Rehabilitation / Conservation) Category - Project that rehabilitates an environment or to conserve existing environment.
   12. Heritage (Restoration / Conservation) Category - Restoration or conservation old buildings that have been identified for Heritage Conservation.
   13. Master Plan Category - For a development concept plan, i.e. township development and housing estate development.
   14. Public Infrastructures/Amenities Category - Project developed by public fund: government buildings, hospitals, road, bridges, stadium, etc.
   15. Rural Development Category - Forestry, farm developments, etc.
   16. Specialised Project (Purpose Built) Category - For purpose built building, i.e. international school, airport, etc.
   17. Sustainable Development Category - For energy saving project, i.e. save energy feature, building allow more natural lighting, conserve or harvest rain water for use.

8. Contents Of Submission
   A) An Application letter with a text describing the project in 100 words which will be used in the magazine/brochure when your project win.
   B) Project Details, one hard copy and one CDs (Word file/JPEG/video in DVD format)
9. Entry Fee
   A contribution towards handling costs is required for each project.
   
   1. Participation cost is fixed at 10,000 baht per individual project (non-refundable).
   2. The winners of the awards will have to the participation fee for attending the awards ceremony at the gala dinner of 80,000 Baht per project (non-refundable) (Magazines/ Chinese banquet / Participate in exhibiting products at the fair and Member of FIABCI-THAI one year)
      
   The FIABCI-THAI 2027 prestigious book of record will be distributed to government, banks and other institutions involved and each winner will also receive 30 copies.
